Responsibility
- Coordinate and manage international projects, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and timelines.
- Act as the primary liaison between internal teams, external partners, and international stakeholders.
- Plan, organize, and execute high-profile events, conferences, and meetings with meticulous attention to detail.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with government agencies, NGOs, and private sector entities.
- Prepare reports, presentations, and briefings for senior management and key decision-makers.
- Monitor project budgets, resources, and deliverables to ensure efficiency and compliance.
- Facilitate cross-cultural communication and resolve conflicts or misunderstandings proactively.
- Stay updated on global trends, policies, and best practices in international relations and project management.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in International Relations, Business Administration, Project Management, or a related field.
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in project management, event coordination, or liaison roles.
- Proven track record in stakeholder engagement and managing international partnerships.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English (additional languages are a plus).
- Strong organizational, negotiation, and problem-solving abilities.
- Proficiency in MS Office, project management tools (e.g., Asana, Trello), and CRM systems.
- Ability to work under pressure, meet tight deadlines, and adapt to dynamic environments.
- Familiarity with Indonesian business culture and regulatory frameworks is advantageous.
