Responsibility
- Lead the planning, design, and execution of mechanical and electrical projects from inception to completion.
- Conduct site supervision to ensure adherence to technical specifications, safety standards, and regulatory requirements.
- Develop and manage project budgets, timelines, and resource allocation to optimize cost efficiency and delivery.
- Collaborate with vendors, contractors, and internal teams to source materials, negotiate contracts, and resolve technical challenges.
- Perform risk assessments and implement mitigation strategies to minimize project delays or disruptions.
- Prepare and present technical reports, progress updates, and post-project evaluations to stakeholders.
- Ensure compliance with local and international engineering standards, including ISO, NEC, and industry best practices.
- Drive innovation in energy systems by evaluating new technologies and methodologies for improved performance.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Electrical Engineering, or a related field; Master’s degree or PMP certification is a plus.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in project engineering, with a focus on mechanical/electrical systems in energy, construction, or industrial sectors.
- Proven track record in managing end-to-end project lifecycles, including budgeting, scheduling, and stakeholder coordination.
- Strong proficiency in CAD software (AutoCAD, SolidWorks), project management tools (MS Project, Primavera), and BIM systems.
- Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills to liaise with technical and non-technical teams.
- Familiarity with Indonesian energy regulations and experience working in Southeast Asia is highly desirable.
- Ability to travel to project sites in Bali and occasionally across Indonesia as required.
- Fluency in English (written and verbal); proficiency in Bahasa Indonesia is an advantage.
