Responsibility
- Lead the design, development, and implementation of Mechanical & Electrical (M&E) systems for major infrastructure and construction projects.
- Collaborate with architects, contractors, and stakeholders to ensure seamless integration of M&E systems with overall project plans.
- Oversee the installation, testing, and commissioning of M&E systems to ensure compliance with industry standards and project specifications.
- Conduct regular site inspections and audits to monitor progress, identify risks, and implement corrective actions as needed.
- Prepare and present technical reports, project updates, and recommendations to senior management and clients.
- Manage project budgets, timelines, and resources to ensure on-time and within-budget delivery.
- Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior engineers and site teams to enhance project execution.
- Stay updated on industry trends, regulations, and best practices to drive innovation and continuous improvement.
Qualifications
- Bachelorâs degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related field from an accredited institution.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in M&E project engineering, preferably in the construction or infrastructure sector.
- Proven track record of successfully managing M&E systems on large-scale projects, from design to commissioning.
- Strong knowledge of local and international M&E standards, codes, and regulations (e.g., SNI, IEC, ASHRAE).
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, or other M&E design software is highly desirable.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to think critically under pressure.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Fluency in English is required; proficiency in Bahasa Indonesia is a plus.
- Willingness to relocate to Bali, Indonesia for the duration of the contract.
