Responsibility
- Lead and manage electrical, mechanical, or electronics engineering projects from planning to execution, ensuring adherence to timelines, budgets, and quality standards.
- Develop and implement site plans, technical drawings, and project documentation in compliance with local regulations and industry best practices.
- Coordinate with architects, contractors, suppliers, and stakeholders to facilitate smooth project delivery and resolve technical challenges.
- Conduct site inspections and quality assurance checks to ensure compliance with safety, environmental, and engineering standards.
- Prepare and present progress reports, risk assessments, and project updates to senior management and clients.
- Identify and mitigate potential project risks, including technical, financial, and logistical challenges.
- Ensure all projects are completed in accordance with contractual obligations, client specifications, and regulatory requirements.
- Stay updated on emerging technologies, industry trends, and best practices to enhance project outcomes and efficiency.
Qualifications
- Bachelorās degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Electronics Engineering, or a related field from an accredited institution.
- Valid Professional Engineer (PE) license or equivalent certification in the Philippines or Indonesia (e.g., PRC, PII).
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in project engineering, site management, or a related role, preferably in infrastructure, construction, or technology sectors.
- Proven expertise in project planning, execution, and documentation, with a strong understanding of engineering principles and standards.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, or other engineering software, as well as Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Project).
- Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and decision-making skills, with the ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
- Fluency in English; proficiency in Bahasa Indonesia is a plus.
- Willingness to relocate to Bali, Indonesia and work on-site as required by project demands.
