Responsibility
- Lead the planning, execution, and delivery of electrical/electronic engineering projects from conception to completion.
- Develop and review technical specifications, schematics, and system designs to ensure alignment with project goals.
- Collaborate with stakeholders, including clients, vendors, and internal teams, to define project scope, timelines, and budgets.
- Conduct feasibility studies, risk assessments, and cost-benefit analyses for proposed solutions.
- Oversee testing, troubleshooting, and validation of electrical/electronic systems to ensure performance and reliability.
- Prepare comprehensive project documentation, including reports, manuals, and compliance records.
- Monitor project progress, identify bottlenecks, and implement corrective actions to meet deadlines.
- Stay updated on industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in electrical/electronic engineering.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree or higher in Electrical Engineering, Electronic Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in project engineering, with a focus on electrical/electronic systems.
- Proven track record of managing end-to-end project lifecycles in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in CAD software (e.g., AutoCAD, SolidWorks), simulation tools (e.g., MATLAB, SPICE), and project management tools (e.g., MS Project, JIRA).
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities to liaise with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Familiarity with industry standards (e.g., IEC, ISO, UL) and regulatory compliance.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team in a dynamic setting.
