Responsibility
- Lead the design, installation, and commissioning of CCTV and security control systems for diverse projects.
- Conduct site surveys and risk assessments to determine optimal security solutions.
- Develop technical specifications, schematics, and project documentation in compliance with industry standards.
- Coordinate with clients, contractors, and vendors to ensure seamless project execution.
- Perform system testing, troubleshooting, and quality assurance to guarantee operational reliability.
- Provide training and support to end-users on system functionality and maintenance.
- Monitor project budgets, timelines, and resource allocation to meet organizational goals.
- Stay updated on emerging security technologies and recommend upgrades or integrations as needed.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Electronics, or a related field.
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in CCTV, access control, or security system engineering.
- Proven track record of managing end-to-end security projects in a multinational or large-scale environment.
- Strong knowledge of IP/analog CCTV systems, VMS (Video Management Software), and network infrastructure.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, MS Project, or similar tools for system design and project planning.
- Excellent communication, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills.
- Certifications in security systems (e.g., Bosch, Hikvision, Axis) are a plus.
- Willingness to travel to project sites in Bali and occasionally across Indonesia.
