Responsibility
- Lead the installation, testing, and commissioning of automation and robotics systems to ensure seamless project delivery.
- Coordinate with clients, vendors, and internal teams to define project scopes, timelines, and resource requirements.
- Develop and review technical documentation, including project plans, schematics, and user manuals, to ensure compliance with industry standards.
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues during project execution, providing innovative and efficient solutions.
- Monitor project progress, track milestones, and report updates to stakeholders to ensure on-time and on-budget completion.
- Collaborate with the R&D team to integrate new technologies and improve existing automation and robotics solutions.
- Conduct site surveys and assessments to determine feasibility and technical requirements for project implementation.
- Provide training and support to end-users and internal teams on system operation, maintenance, and safety protocols.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Mechatronics, or a related field.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in project engineering, with a focus on automation, robotics, or industrial control systems.
- Proven experience in installation, commissioning, and troubleshooting of PLC, HMI, SCADA, or robotic systems.
- Strong knowledge of industrial communication protocols (e.g., Modbus, Profibus, Ethernet/IP).
- Proficiency in CAD software (AutoCAD, SolidWorks) and project management tools (e.g., MS Project, Primavera).
- Excellent problem-solving, communication, and teamwork skills.
- Ability to read and interpret technical drawings, schematics, and specifications.
- Willingness to travel to project sites as required, with a valid driver’s license (preferred).
