Responsibility
- Lead the planning, execution, and delivery of onshore and offshore engineering projects.
- Manage project tenders, including preparation, submission, and evaluation of bids.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, stakeholders, and vendors.
- Ensure compliance with industry regulations, safety standards, and company policies.
- Monitor project progress, identify risks, and implement mitigation strategies.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams, including engineers, contractors, and subcontractors.
- Prepare and present project reports, updates, and documentation to senior management.
- Optimize project resources, budgets, and timelines to maximize efficiency and profitability.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Civil, Mechanical, Marine, or related field).
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in project engineering, preferably in onshore or offshore environments.
- Strong knowledge of project management principles, tools, and methodologies.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet tight deadlines.
- Familiarity with industry regulations, safety standards, and compliance requirements.
- Proficiency in project management software (e.g., MS Project, Primavera) and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Willingness to travel and work in various locations as required by project needs.
