Responsibility
- Develop innovative and functional interior design concepts tailored to client needs and project requirements.
- Collaborate with clients to understand their vision, preferences, and budget, translating them into actionable design plans.
- Create detailed 2D/3D renderings, mood boards, and material palettes using industry-standard software (e.g., AutoCAD, SketchUp, Revit).
- Manage project timelines, budgets, and vendor coordination to ensure seamless execution from concept to completion.
- Conduct site visits to assess spaces, take measurements, and oversee installation to maintain design integrity.
- Drive sales by presenting design proposals, negotiating contracts, and upselling premium materials or services.
- Stay updated on design trends, sustainable materials, and local regulations to deliver cutting-edge solutions.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, contractors, and suppliers to foster repeat business and referrals.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Interior Design, Architecture, or a related field; professional certification is a plus.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in interior design, with a strong portfolio showcasing residential or commercial projects.
- Proficient in design software such as AutoCAD, SketchUp, Revit, or Adobe Creative Suite.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills to engage clients and close sales.
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines and budgets.
- Knowledge of local Bali construction practices, materials, and vendor networks is advantageous.
- Strong attention to detail, creativity, and a keen eye for aesthetics, color, and spatial planning.
- Fluency in English; proficiency in Indonesian or other languages is a bonus.
