Responsibility
- Monitor and control project schedules, ensuring adherence to timelines and milestones.
- Develop and maintain project budgets, tracking expenses and forecasting financial performance.
- Coordinate with stakeholders, including clients, contractors, and internal teams, to align project objectives.
- Identify and mitigate risks through proactive analysis and contingency planning.
- Prepare and present regular project status reports to management and key stakeholders.
- Optimize resource allocation to maximize efficiency and cost-effectiveness.

Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in project control, construction management, or a similar role.
- Strong knowledge of project scheduling, cost control, and risk management.
- Proficiency in project management tools (e.g., Primavera P6, MS Project, Excel).
