Responsibility
- Perform general administrative tasks, including filing, data entry, and document management.
- Assist in coordinating office activities and operations to ensure efficiency and compliance with company policies.
- Prepare and organize reports, presentations, and correspondence as needed.
- Support team members with clerical duties, such as scheduling meetings and managing calendars.
- Handle incoming and outgoing communications, including emails, calls, and messages.
- Maintain office supplies inventory and place orders when necessary.
- Assist in the preparation of project-related documentation and materials.
- Ensure confidentiality and security of all office and company information.
Qualifications
- Senior High School graduate or equivalent; college degree is a plus but not required.
- Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Google Workspace.
- Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
