Responsibility
- Monitor and control project execution for new store openings, refurbishments, and maintenance activities
- Ensure all projects adhere to established timelines, quality standards, and budgetary constraints
- Coordinate with contractors, vendors, and internal teams to streamline project delivery
- Conduct regular site inspections and provide detailed progress reports to senior management
- Manage project documentation, permits, and compliance with local regulations
- Identify potential risks and develop mitigation strategies to prevent delays
- Oversee store closure processes when required, ensuring minimal business disruption

Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, or related field
- Minimum 3 years of experience in project management, preferably in retail construction
- Proven track record of managing multiple projects simultaneously
- Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and regulations
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- Proficiency in project management software and MS Office Suite
