Responsibility
- Assist the Project Manager in developing and maintaining project plans, timelines, and budgets for retail construction and expansion initiatives.
- Coordinate with contractors, architects, and internal teams to ensure on-site execution aligns with design specifications and safety standards.
- Monitor project progress, identify risks, and implement mitigation strategies to avoid delays or cost overruns.
- Prepare and present progress reports, financial forecasts, and post-project evaluations to senior management.
- Liaise with local authorities in Badung to secure permits, licenses, and compliance documentation for new store developments.
- Manage vendor and supplier relationships to ensure timely delivery of materials and services at optimal costs.
- Conduct site inspections to verify quality control and adherence to MR.DIY’s brand standards.
- Support the procurement process, including negotiating contracts and evaluating bids for project-related services.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, Construction Management, or a related field.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in project management, preferably in retail construction, commercial development, or logistics infrastructure.
- Proven track record of managing multiple projects simultaneously with budgets exceeding IDR 500M.
- Proficiency in project management software (e.g., MS Project, Primavera) and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Strong negotiation, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
- Familiarity with Indonesian construction regulations and permitting processes in Bali.
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints, technical drawings, and contracts.
- Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia; additional local dialects (e.g., Balinese) are a plus.
