Responsibility
- Assist in the design, development, and implementation of mechanical systems and components for client projects.
- Provide technical support to senior engineers during project planning, execution, and delivery phases.
- Conduct site inspections, feasibility studies, and risk assessments to ensure project compliance with safety and quality standards.
- Prepare and review engineering drawings, specifications, and documentation using CAD software and other tools.
- Troubleshoot mechanical issues, propose solutions, and coordinate with cross-functional teams for resolution.
- Monitor project timelines, budgets, and resource allocation to ensure on-time and within-budget delivery.
- Collaborate with clients to understand requirements, provide updates, and ensure satisfaction with delivered solutions.
- Stay updated with industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in mechanical engineering.
Qualifications
- Bachelorâs degree in Mechanical Engineering (BSME) or a related field.
- Fresh graduates are welcome; prior internship or project experience in mechanical engineering is a plus.
- Strong knowledge of mechanical systems, thermodynamics, fluid mechanics, and material science.
- Proficiency in CAD software (e.g., AutoCAD, SolidWorks) and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, multicultural environment.
- Willingness to travel to project sites in Bali as needed.
- Fluency in English; knowledge of Indonesian (Bahasa) is advantageous but not required.
