Responsibility

  • Coordinate project documentation, including contracts, permits, and technical reports, ensuring compliance with regulatory standards.
  • Liaise with clients, contractors, and internal teams to facilitate smooth communication and resolve operational challenges.
  • Manage project budgets, track expenditures, and prepare financial reports for stakeholders.
  • Maintain accurate records of project timelines, milestones, and deliverables using project management tools.
  • Assist in procurement processes, including vendor evaluations, purchase orders, and inventory management.
  • Organize and schedule meetings, site visits, and inspections, ensuring all parties are aligned.
  • Prepare progress reports and presentations for senior management and clients.
  • Support the engineering team with administrative tasks, such as data entry, filing, and correspondence.

Qualifications

  • Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in project administration, office support, or a similar role, preferably in engineering or construction.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and project management software (e.g., MS Project, Trello).
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities with keen attention to detail.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English; knowledge of Bahasa Indonesia is a plus.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Familiarity with M&E projects, technical documentation, or construction processes is advantageous.
  • Willingness to relocate to Bali or already based in Indonesia.
