Responsibility
- Coordinate and manage project documentation, ensuring accuracy and timely updates.
- Assist in scheduling meetings, preparing agendas, and recording minutes.
- Liaise with internal teams and external stakeholders to facilitate smooth project execution.
- Maintain and organize project files, both digital and physical, for easy retrieval.
- Monitor project timelines and deadlines, providing reminders and updates as needed.
- Prepare and distribute reports, presentations, and other project-related materials.
- Assist in budget tracking and expense reporting for assigned projects.
- Provide general administrative support to the project team, including travel arrangements and logistics.
Qualifications
- Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Office Management, or a related field.
- Proven experience in an administrative or project support role, preferably in a corporate or project-based environment.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and project management tools.
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills with a keen eye for detail.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in English.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Proactive attitude with a problem-solving mindset.
- Familiarity with basic financial tracking and budgeting is a plus.
