Responsibility
- Provide administrative support to project managers and team members.
- Coordinate and schedule meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements.
- Maintain and update project documentation, including contracts, reports, and correspondence.
- Assist in the preparation of project proposals, presentations, and reports.
- Manage and organize project files, both digital and physical.
- Liaise with internal departments and external stakeholders to ensure smooth project execution.
- Monitor project timelines and deadlines, providing reminders and updates as needed.
- Handle incoming and outgoing communications, including emails, calls, and mail.
Qualifications
- Diploma or degree in Business Administration, Office Management, or a related field.
- Proven experience as an administrative assistant or in a similar role.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
- Attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
- Knowledge of construction or telecommunication industry is a plus.
