Responsibility
- Coordinate and oversee the execution of ICT-related programmes and projects, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to budgets.
- Liaise with internal and external stakeholders to gather requirements, provide updates, and ensure alignment with project goals.
- Develop and maintain project documentation, including timelines, progress reports, and risk assessments.
- Monitor programme performance, identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective actions as needed.
- Facilitate communication between technical teams, management, and clients to ensure smooth collaboration.
- Assist in the preparation of proposals, presentations, and other materials for stakeholder reviews.
- Conduct regular meetings and workshops to track progress, address challenges, and celebrate milestones.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, industry standards, and regulatory requirements throughout the programme lifecycle.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Proven experience in programme or project coordination, preferably within the ICT sector.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with proficiency in English (both written and verbal).
- Familiarity with project management tools (e.g., Trello, Asana, Jira) and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Analytical mindset with problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team, with a proactive and adaptable approach.
- Prior experience in a contract or temporary role is a plus.
