Responsibility
- Plan, coordinate, and execute government-related programmes and events from inception to completion.
- Liaise with stakeholders, vendors, and internal teams to ensure seamless event logistics.
- Develop and manage event budgets, timelines, and resource allocation.
- Create compelling event proposals, presentations, and reports for government and corporate clients.
- Oversee on-site event operations, including setup, AV requirements, and attendee engagement.
- Monitor and evaluate event success through feedback collection and performance metrics.
- Maintain strong relationships with government agencies, partners, and sponsors.
- Ensure compliance with contractual obligations and organizational policies.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Event Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum 2-3 years of experience in programme or event coordination, preferably in a government or corporate setting.
- Proven track record of managing multiple projects with tight deadlines.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office, event management software, and budgeting tools.
- Strong organizational skills with meticulous attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a dynamic environment.
- Familiarity with government protocols and contractual requirements is a plus.
