Responsibility
- Lead and manage a multidisciplinary team of Planners, Process Engineers, VMC Programmers, and Production Supervisors to meet production targets and quality standards.
- Develop and implement strategic plans to optimize manufacturing processes, reduce costs, and improve operational efficiency.
- Coordinate with global stakeholders to align local operations with corporate objectives and ensure timely delivery of projects.
- Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to drive continuous improvement and operational excellence.
- Oversee the implementation of new technologies and methodologies to enhance production capabilities and product quality.
- Ensure compliance with industry regulations, safety standards, and company policies across all operational activities.
- Foster a culture of collaboration, innovation, and accountability within the team to achieve organizational goals.
- Prepare and present regular reports on program progress, challenges, and solutions to senior management.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Operations Management, or a related field. Master's degree preferred.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in program or operations management within the manufacturing or semiconductor industry.
- Proven track record of leading cross-functional teams and managing complex projects in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to make data-driven decisions.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage effectively with stakeholders at all levels.
- Proficiency in project management tools and methodologies (e.g., Agile, Lean, Six Sigma).
- Knowledge of semiconductor manufacturing processes and quality management systems is a plus.
- Ability to work in a multicultural environment and adapt to changing business needs.
