Responsibility
- Greet guests warmly and escort them to their tables with professionalism.
- Take accurate food and beverage orders, ensuring special requests are noted and communicated to the kitchen.
- Serve meals and drinks promptly, adhering to resort standards of presentation and timing.
- Provide attentive and personalized service, anticipating guest needs and ensuring satisfaction.
- Maintain a clean and organized dining area, including table settings, utensils, and glassware.
- Collaborate with the kitchen and bar staff to ensure seamless service delivery.
- Handle guest inquiries and complaints with diplomacy and efficiency.
- Upsell menu items and promotions to enhance guest experience and revenue.
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year of experience as a Waiter/Waitress in a high-end restaurant, resort, or hotel.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills in English (additional languages are a plus).
- Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
- Friendly, outgoing personality with a passion for customer service.
- Knowledge of fine dining etiquette and service standards.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
- Well-groomed appearance with a professional demeanor.
- Basic understanding of POS systems and order management.
