Responsibility
- Greet and seat guests with warmth and professionalism, ensuring a memorable first impression.
- Take accurate food and beverage orders, providing menu recommendations and addressing dietary preferences.
- Serve meals and drinks promptly, adhering to presentation and hygiene standards.
- Maintain a clean, organized dining area, including table settings and side stations.
- Coordinate with kitchen and bar staff to ensure seamless service and timely deliveries.
- Handle guest inquiries, complaints, and special requests with diplomacy and efficiency.
- Process payments accurately using POS systems and manage cash/credit transactions.
- Upsell menu items and promotions to enhance guest satisfaction and revenue.
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year of experience as a Waiter in restaurants, hotels, or resorts (preferably in Bali).
- Fluent in English; additional languages (e.g., Indonesian, Japanese, Chinese) are a plus.
- Strong interpersonal skills with a customer-centric mindset.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
- Basic knowledge of food safety, wine service, and beverage pairing.
- Neat appearance and adherence to grooming standards.
- Team player with excellent communication and multitasking abilities.
- High school diploma or equivalent; hospitality training is advantageous.
