Responsibility
- Provide exceptional, attentive, and personalized service to guests in a high-volume hospitality setting.
- Take and process food and beverage orders accurately, ensuring prompt delivery to tables.
- Collaborate with kitchen and bar staff to ensure seamless service and timely order fulfillment.
- Maintain a thorough knowledge of menu items, including ingredients, preparation methods, and specials.
- Handle guest inquiries, complaints, and requests with professionalism and a solutions-oriented approach.
- Set up, clear, and reset tables according to established standards and hygiene protocols.
- Process payments efficiently and accurately, including cash, credit cards, and digital transactions.
- Upsell menu items and promotions to enhance guest experience and drive revenue.
- Adhere to all health, safety, and sanitation guidelines to ensure a clean and safe dining environment.
Qualifications
- Proven experience as a Waiter, Server, or similar role in a restaurant, hotel, or hospitality setting (prior experience in Bali or international venues is a plus).
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with fluency in English (additional languages are highly desirable).
- Strong multitasking abilities and the capacity to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
- Professional appearance and demeanor, with a customer-first mindset.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
- Basic math skills for handling transactions and calculating bills.
