Responsibility
- Greet guests warmly and escort them to their tables with professionalism and courtesy.
- Take accurate food and beverage orders, making recommendations based on guest preferences and menu knowledge.
- Serve food and beverages promptly, ensuring presentation and temperature meet establishment standards.
- Monitor guest needs and respond to requests in a timely and efficient manner.
- Collaborate with kitchen and bar staff to ensure smooth service and resolve any issues promptly.
- Maintain a clean and organized dining area, including setting tables, replenishing supplies, and clearing used items.
- Handle payments accurately and provide guests with receipts and change as needed.
- Uphold high standards of hygiene, safety, and compliance with food handling regulations.
Qualifications
- Proven experience as a Server, Waiter/Waitress, or in a similar customer-facing role (minimum 1 year preferred).
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with fluency in English (additional languages are a plus).
- Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
- Friendly, outgoing personality with a genuine passion for hospitality.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
- Basic knowledge of food and beverage service, including wine and cocktail pairings.
- Physical stamina to stand and walk for extended periods while carrying trays or other items.
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional hospitality training is advantageous.
