Responsibility
- Greet guests warmly and escort them to their tables, ensuring a positive first impression.
- Present menus, explain specials, and provide expert recommendations on food and beverage pairings.
- Take accurate orders and relay them to the kitchen and bar staff in a timely manner.
- Serve food and beverages with professionalism, adhering to presentation and service standards.
- Monitor guest needs and respond promptly to requests, ensuring a seamless dining experience.
- Handle payments accurately and efficiently, including processing cash and card transactions.
- Maintain a clean and organized dining area, including setting tables, replenishing supplies, and assisting with side duties.
- Collaborate with the service team to ensure smooth operations during peak hours and special events.
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year of experience as a Server or in a similar role within the hospitality industry.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with fluency in English (additional languages are a plus).
- Strong knowledge of food and beverage service, including wine and cocktail pairings.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining composure and a customer-focused attitude.
