Responsibility
- Conduct regular patrols of assigned areas to ensure safety and security.
- Monitor and operate surveillance equipment, including CCTV cameras and alarm systems.
- Control access to premises by verifying identification and authorizing entry.
- Respond promptly to emergencies, incidents, or alarms and take appropriate action.
- Write detailed reports on daily activities, incidents, and observations.
- Provide excellent customer service by assisting visitors, employees, and clients with inquiries.
- Enforce company policies, safety regulations, and legal requirements.
- Collaborate with law enforcement and emergency services when necessary.
Qualifications
- Minimum high school diploma or equivalent; additional security training is a plus.
- Proven experience as a Security Guard or in a related field (preferred but not required).
- Strong observational and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Physical fitness and ability to stand or walk for extended periods.
- Knowledge of basic security protocols and emergency procedures.
- Integrity, professionalism, and a commitment to ethical conduct.
- Fluency in English; knowledge of Indonesian (Bahasa) is an advantage.
