Responsibility
- Perform professional scalp analyses to assess client needs and recommend appropriate treatments.
- Administer specialized head spa therapies, including deep-cleansing, exfoliation, and hydration treatments.
- Conduct relaxing scalp massages using aromatherapy oils and advanced techniques.
- Provide personalized hair and scalp care consultations to educate clients on maintenance and product usage.
- Maintain a clean, sanitized, and inviting treatment environment in compliance with hygiene standards.
- Upsell additional services and retail products to enhance the client experience.
- Document client progress and treatment plans for consistent service delivery.
- Stay updated on industry trends and new techniques through continuous training.
Qualifications
- Certification or diploma in beauty therapy, cosmetology, or a related field.
- Proven experience as a scalp therapist, hair spa specialist, or similar role.
- Strong knowledge of scalp anatomy, hair health, and treatment methodologies.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to build client rapport.
