Responsibility

  • Welcome guests with a warm, professional demeanor and provide a seamless check-in/check-out experience.
  • Manage spa reservations, including bookings, cancellations, and rescheduling, using our digital systems.
  • Coordinate with therapists and staff to ensure treatments are prepared and tailored to guest preferences.
  • Handle payments, process transactions, and maintain accurate records of services rendered.
  • Educate guests on spa packages, promotions, and wellness programs to enhance their experience.
  • Address guest inquiries, concerns, or complaints with empathy and efficiency, escalating issues as needed.
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and inviting reception area, including retail displays and promotional materials.
  • Assist in inventory management for retail products and ensure stock levels are communicated to management.

Qualifications

  • Minimum 1-2 years of experience in a receptionist, customer service, or hospitality role, preferably in a spa or wellness center.
  • Fluent in English (written and spoken); proficiency in Indonesian is a plus.
  • Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills with a natural ability to build rapport.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to multitask in a busy environment.
  • Proficiency in using POS systems, booking software, and basic Microsoft Office tools.
  • Knowledge of spa treatments, wellness trends, or Balinese cultural practices is highly desirable.
  • Flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays, to accommodate peak business hours.
  • High school diploma or equivalent; additional certifications in hospitality or customer service are a bonus.
