Responsibility
- Perform professional reflexology treatments tailored to individual client needs, focusing on pressure points to promote healing and relaxation.
- Assess client health conditions and customize therapy sessions to address specific concerns such as stress, pain, or circulation issues.
- Maintain a clean, sanitized, and inviting treatment environment in compliance with health and safety standards.
- Educate clients on the benefits of reflexology and provide aftercare advice to enhance their well-being.
- Manage client appointments, records, and feedback to ensure a seamless and personalized experience.
- Collaborate with other wellness practitioners to offer integrated health solutions where applicable.
- Stay updated with the latest reflexology techniques and industry trends through continuous learning.

Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of proven experience as a Reflexology Therapist, with a portfolio of satisfied clients.
- Certification or formal training in reflexology from a recognized institution (e.g., Indonesian Reflexology Association or equivalent).
- Strong knowledge of foot, hand, and ear reflexology maps and their corresponding body systems.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to build rapport with a diverse clientele.
- Ability to work independently or as part of a team in a fast-paced wellness setting.
- High level of professionalism, punctuality, and attention to detail in service delivery.
- Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia is a plus.
