Responsibility
- Greet and welcome visitors, clients, and employees with professionalism and courtesy.
- Manage the front desk, including answering, screening, and forwarding phone calls in a timely manner.
- Coordinate and schedule meetings, appointments, and conference room bookings.
- Receive, sort, and distribute mail, packages, and deliveries.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and visually appealing reception area.
- Assist with administrative tasks such as data entry, filing, and preparing documents.
- Provide general support to office staff and departments as needed.
- Handle inquiries and provide accurate information about the company and its services.
Qualifications
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience as a Receptionist, Front Desk Officer, or similar role.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills in English (additional languages are a plus).
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Professional appearance and demeanor with a customer-service oriented mindset.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional certification in office administration is a plus.
- Familiarity with office equipment (e.g., phone systems, printers, scanners).
