Responsibility

  • Greet and welcome visitors, clients, and employees with professionalism and courtesy.
  • Manage the front desk, including answering, screening, and forwarding phone calls in a timely manner.
  • Coordinate and schedule meetings, appointments, and conference room bookings.
  • Receive, sort, and distribute mail, packages, and deliveries.
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and visually appealing reception area.
  • Assist with administrative tasks such as data entry, filing, and preparing documents.
  • Provide general support to office staff and departments as needed.
  • Handle inquiries and provide accurate information about the company and its services.

Qualifications

  • Minimum 1-2 years of experience as a Receptionist, Front Desk Officer, or similar role.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills in English (additional languages are a plus).
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
  • Professional appearance and demeanor with a customer-service oriented mindset.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
  • High school diploma or equivalent; additional certification in office administration is a plus.
  • Familiarity with office equipment (e.g., phone systems, printers, scanners).
