Responsibility

  • Greet and assist visitors, clients, and employees with a professional and friendly demeanor.
  • Manage incoming calls, emails, and correspondence, ensuring prompt and accurate responses.
  • Coordinate meeting room bookings, schedules, and travel arrangements for staff and management.
  • Maintain a tidy and organized reception area, including managing office supplies and equipment.

Qualifications

  • Minimum 1-2 years of experience in a receptionist, administrative, or customer service role.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English (additional languages a plus).
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and basic office equipment.
