Responsibility
- Conduct regular inspections of assigned properties (malls, offices, residential areas) to identify pest infestations or potential risks.
- Develop and implement customized pest control treatment plans using industry-approved methods and eco-friendly solutions.
- Apply pesticides, traps, and other control measures safely and in compliance with local and national regulations.
- Maintain detailed records of inspections, treatments, and follow-up actions for client reporting and internal tracking.
- Educate clients on pest prevention best practices and recommend long-term solutions to minimize recurrence.
- Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of pest control treatments, adjusting strategies as needed.
- Ensure all equipment and tools are properly maintained, calibrated, and stored according to safety standards.
- Collaborate with team members and management to address large-scale pest control challenges in high-traffic areas.
Qualifications
- Minimum 2+ years of experience in pest control, preferably in commercial or large-scale residential settings.
- Certification in pest control management (e.g., from the Indonesian Ministry of Health or equivalent) is a plus.
- Strong knowledge of local pest species, behaviors, and effective treatment methods.
- Ability to handle and apply pesticides and chemicals safely, with adherence to PPE (Personal Protective Equipment) protocols.
- Excellent communication skills in English and Bahasa Indonesia to interact with clients and team members.
- Physical fitness and ability to work in various environments, including confined spaces, outdoors, or at heights.
- Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel across Bali as required.
- Problem-solving mindset with a proactive approach to preventing pest-related issues.
