Responsibility
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with healthcare professionals (doctors, pharmacists, nurses) to promote Pharmabest Inc.’s pharmaceutical products.
- Conduct regular visits to hospitals, clinics, and pharmacies to present product information, benefits, and clinical data.
- Achieve and exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets through strategic planning and effective territory management.
- Organize and participate in medical conferences, workshops, and product launches to enhance brand visibility.
- Gather market intelligence, including competitor activities and customer feedback, to refine sales strategies.
- Provide accurate and timely reporting on sales activities, market trends, and customer interactions to management.
- Ensure compliance with all pharmaceutical industry regulations, ethical standards, and company policies.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (marketing, medical affairs) to align on product messaging and campaign execution.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Pharmacy, Medicine, Biology, or a related life sciences field.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Medical Representative or in a similar sales role within the pharmaceutical/healthcare industry.
- Strong knowledge of medical terminology, pharmaceutical products, and therapeutic areas.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills in English.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets in a competitive market.
- Ability to work independently, manage time effectively, and travel frequently within assigned territories.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint) and CRM tools.
- Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel across Bali (Canggu, Ubud, Denpasar, etc.).
