Responsibility
- Perform professional eyelash extensions (classic, volume, hybrid) with meticulous attention to detail.
- Provide brow shaping, tinting, and laminating services tailored to client preferences.
- Consult with clients to recommend suitable treatments based on their facial features and lifestyle.
- Maintain high hygiene standards and sterilize tools between appointments.
- Educate clients on aftercare to ensure long-lasting results.
- Manage appointment bookings and client records efficiently.
- Stay updated on industry trends and new techniques through continuous learning.
- Upsell additional services and retail products to enhance client satisfaction.
Qualifications
- Certification in lash extensions and brow services from a recognized institution.
- Minimum 1 year of hands-on experience in a salon or spa setting.
- Strong interpersonal skills with a client-focused approach.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and evenings.
- Knowledge of safety protocols and allergy awareness for beauty treatments.
- Portfolio or before/after photos showcasing your work.
- Fluency in English; additional languages (e.g., Indonesian, Mandarin) are a plus.
- Passion for beauty and a keen eye for symmetry and aesthetics.
