Responsibility
- Perform professional facial treatments, including deep cleansing, exfoliation, extraction, and customized facials using high-quality products and advanced techniques.
- Conduct thorough skin analyses to recommend personalized skincare regimens and treatments tailored to each client's needs.
- Administer non-surgical aesthetic procedures such as chemical peels, microdermabrasion, and LED light therapy under established protocols.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships through exceptional service, follow-ups, and personalized care to ensure repeat business and referrals.
- Stay updated on the latest beauty trends, skincare innovations, and industry best practices through continuous education and training.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and hygienic workspace in compliance with health and safety standards.
- Collaborate with the team to promote KLhealth's services, participate in marketing initiatives, and contribute to a positive salon environment.
- Provide aftercare advice and product recommendations to clients to enhance treatment results and promote long-term skin health.
Qualifications
- Diploma or certification in Aesthetics, Beauty Therapy, or a related field from a recognized institution.
- Minimum of 2 years of professional experience as an Aesthetic Therapist, Beauty Therapist, or in a similar role.
- Proficiency in performing facial treatments, skin analyses, and non-surgical aesthetic procedures.
- Strong knowledge of skincare products, ingredients, and their applications.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage with a diverse, international clientele.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced, client-focused environment.
- Fluency in English; additional languages (e.g., Bahasa Indonesia, Mandarin, Russian) are a plus.
- Valid work permit or eligibility to work in Indonesia (preferred but not mandatory for the right candidate).
