Responsibility
- Perform daily cleaning and maintenance of guest rooms, common areas, and facilities to the highest standards.
- Ensure all areas are stocked with necessary supplies (e.g., linens, toiletries, cleaning products).
- Inspect rooms and public spaces for cleanliness, functionality, and safety, reporting any issues immediately.
- Follow established housekeeping protocols, including deep cleaning, sanitation, and waste disposal.
- Assist with laundry services, including washing, ironing, and folding linens and guest clothing.
- Respond promptly to guest requests for additional services (e.g., extra towels, turndown service).
- Collaborate with maintenance and front desk teams to address guest concerns or special requirements.
- Maintain inventory of cleaning supplies and equipment, notifying supervisors of low stock.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in housekeeping, preferably in hotels, resorts, or private villas (entry-level candidates with a strong work ethic are encouraged to apply).
- Excellent attention to detail and ability to work efficiently under pressure.
- Strong physical stamina to perform repetitive tasks (e.g., lifting, bending, standing for extended periods).
- Basic knowledge of cleaning chemicals, equipment, and safety procedures.
- Friendly, professional demeanor with a guest-first mindset.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays, as required by the hospitality industry.
- Fluency in English or Indonesian is a plus; willingness to learn is essential.
