Responsibility
- Conduct in-depth consultations to assess clients’ hair and scalp conditions, recommending tailored treatment plans.
- Perform advanced hair and scalp therapies, including deep cleansing, hydration, and rejuvenation treatments.
- Utilize high-quality products and tools to deliver professional services such as keratin treatments, hair masks, and scalp massages.
- Educate clients on proper hair care routines, product usage, and long-term maintenance for healthy hair and scalp.
- Maintain meticulous hygiene and sanitation standards in all treatment areas and tools.
- Stay updated on industry trends, new techniques, and product innovations to enhance service quality.
- Collaborate with the salon team to upsell services and retail products that align with client needs.
- Document client progress and treatment history to ensure consistent, personalized care.
Qualifications
- Proven experience as a Hair Therapist, Scalp Specialist, or similar role in a salon or wellness center.
- Certification in hair and scalp care from a recognized institution (e.g., CIDESCO, ITEC, or equivalent).
- Strong knowledge of hair biology, common scalp conditions, and treatment solutions.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build rapport with diverse clients.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
- Familiarity with luxury hair care brands and professional-grade products.
- Passion for continuous learning and professional development in the beauty industry.
