Responsibility
- Provide professional beauty treatments, including facials, body treatments, massages, and other wellness services tailored to client needs.
- Consult with clients to understand their beauty and wellness goals, offering personalized recommendations for products and treatments.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming treatment space to ensure a premium client experience.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest beauty trends, techniques, and products to provide cutting-edge services.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships to encourage repeat business and referrals.
- Collaborate with the team to promote special offers, packages, and events to drive sales and client engagement.
- Adhere to all health, safety, and hygiene standards to ensure a safe environment for clients and staff.
- Assist in inventory management, including tracking product usage and restocking supplies as needed.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Beauty Therapist, Esthetician, or in a similar role.
- Certification or diploma in Beauty Therapy, Esthetics, or a related field from a recognized institution.
- Proficiency in a wide range of beauty treatments, including facials, body treatments, waxing, and massages.
- Strong knowledge of skincare products, ingredients, and their benefits.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build rapport with clients and team members.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining a high level of professionalism and attention to detail.
- Fluency in English; additional languages (e.g., Indonesian, Mandarin, Russian) are a plus.
- Passion for beauty, wellness, and continuous learning to stay ahead in the industry.
