Responsibility
- Operate company vehicles safely and efficiently according to scheduled routes.
- Ensure the secure transport and timely delivery of goods or personnel to designated locations.
- Perform daily vehicle inspections and report any maintenance needs or mechanical issues immediately.
- Maintain the cleanliness and interior/exterior condition of the assigned vehicle.
- Keep accurate records of deliveries, fuel consumption, and mileage logs as required by management.
- Adhere strictly to all traffic laws, company safety policies, and site-specific regulations.
- Coordinate with warehouse staff and logistics coordinators to optimize delivery schedules.
Qualifications
- Possess a valid Driver’s License (SIM A/B1/B2) with a clean driving record.
- Minimum of 2-3 years of proven experience as a professional driver, preferably in logistics or manufacturing.
- Deep familiarity with Semarang and surrounding areas in Central Java.
- Strong commitment to road safety, punctuality, and professional etiquette.
- Ability to perform basic vehicle troubleshooting and maintenance checks.
- Physical stamina to endure long periods of driving and occasional manual labor.
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends or overtime if necessary.
- Disciplined, honest, and reliable character.
