Responsibility

  • Prepare and cook high-quality dishes according to established recipes and standards
  • Maintain kitchen cleanliness and organization, including thorough cleaning of cooking equipment
  • Assist in inventory management and food preparation to ensure smooth kitchen operations
  • Record daily sales and manage cash handling procedures with accuracy
  • Collaborate with kitchen team to ensure timely and efficient food service
  • Adhere to food safety and hygiene regulations at all times

Qualifications

  • Minimum 2 years of professional cooking experience in restaurants, hotels, or cafes
