Responsibility
- Maintain the cleanliness and sanitation of all common areas, including lobbies, hallways, and lounges.
- Perform thorough cleaning and disinfection of restrooms, ensuring they are stocked with essential supplies (e.g., toilet paper, paper towels, soap).
- Refill and restock supplies such as hand sanitizers, tissues, and cleaning agents as needed.
- Dust, sweep, mop, and vacuum floors, carpets, and surfaces to ensure a spotless environment.
- Empty trash bins and dispose of waste in accordance with health and safety regulations.
- Report any maintenance issues, damages, or hazards to the supervisor promptly.
- Follow all company and industry safety protocols, including the proper use of cleaning chemicals and equipment.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure all areas are cleaned efficiently and to the highest standards.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in cleaning, housekeeping, or janitorial roles (preferably in hospitality, tourism, or commercial settings).
- Strong attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining high cleanliness standards.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Physical stamina to perform repetitive tasks, lift moderate weights (up to 20 kg), and stand for extended periods.
- Knowledge of proper cleaning techniques, chemical handling, and safety procedures.
- Excellent time management and organizational skills.
- Basic English communication skills to understand instructions and report issues.
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays, as required.
