Responsibility
- Sweep, mop, and sanitize floors, walkways, and common areas to maintain cleanliness.
- Remove trash, debris, and litter from designated blocks and surrounding areas.
- Use cleaning equipment such as brooms, mops, vacuum cleaners, and pressure washers effectively.
- Inspect areas for cleanliness and report any maintenance or safety issues to supervisors.
- Wear appropriate protective gear, including long pants and covered shoes, as required.
- Follow all safety protocols and guidelines to ensure a hazard-free work environment.
- Assist in setting up and breaking down equipment for events or community activities when needed.
- Maintain a positive and professional attitude while interacting with the public and team members.
Qualifications
- No formal education required; on-the-job training will be provided.
- Physical ability to perform cleaning tasks, including lifting, bending, and standing for extended periods.
- Reliable and punctual with a strong work ethic.
- Ability to follow instructions and work independently or as part of a team.
- Basic understanding of cleaning chemicals and equipment (training provided).
- Willingness to wear long pants and covered shoes as part of the dress code.
- Good communication skills in English or Bahasa Indonesia.
- Previous experience in cleaning or maintenance is a plus but not required.
