Responsibility
- Prepare and serve high-quality espresso-based beverages, including lattes, cappuccinos, and specialty drinks.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the coffee station, equipment, and service areas.
- Engage with customers in a friendly and professional manner, ensuring a positive experience.
- Monitor inventory levels and assist with restocking coffee beans, syrups, and other supplies.
- Follow health and safety regulations, including proper food handling and hygiene practices.
- Collaborate with the team to ensure smooth operations during peak hours.
- Provide recommendations and educate customers on coffee selections and brewing methods.
- Handle cash transactions and operate POS systems accurately.
Qualifications
- Previous experience as a Barista or in a similar role is preferred but not required.
- Strong knowledge of coffee preparation techniques and equipment (e.g., espresso machines, grinders).
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
- Basic math skills for handling cash transactions.
- Flexibility to work in shifts, including weekends and holidays.
- Passion for coffee and a willingness to learn and improve.
- Fluency in English; knowledge of Indonesian is a plus.
