Responsibility
- Oversee daily production operations to ensure all targets are met consistently and within budget.
- Monitor and analyze production outputs, identifying bottlenecks and implementing corrective actions to increase efficiency.
- Lead, mentor, and train production staff to maintain high skill levels and performance standards.
- Maintain strict 5S workplace organization and ensure all safety protocols are followed by the entire team.
- Manage labor resources, including scheduling and workload distribution, to optimize productivity.
- Collaborate with cross-functional departments to ensure raw materials and equipment are ready for production runs.
- Prepare regular reports on production progress, machine downtime, and team performance for upper management.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in a supervisory role within a high-volume manufacturing environment.
- Strong knowledge of production planning, lean manufacturing principles, and process improvement techniques.
- Proven ability to lead, motivate, and manage diverse teams in a fast-paced work environment.
- Proficiency in computer literacy, including MS Office and production management software (ERP/MRP).
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to convey technical instructions clearly.
- Commitment to occupational health and safety (K3) standards.
- Willingness to work in shifts and be based in Sidoarjo.
