Responsibility
- Develop and maintain production schedules to ensure timely delivery of products.
- Monitor and control inventory levels to prevent shortages or excess stock.
- Coordinate with procurement, warehouse, and production teams to ensure smooth operations.
- Analyze production data to identify inefficiencies and recommend improvements.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and industry regulations in production planning.
- Prepare reports on production progress, inventory status, and other relevant metrics.
- Collaborate with other departments to forecast demand and plan production accordingly.
- Resolve any issues related to production delays or inventory discrepancies.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in production planning, inventory control, or a similar role.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in using ERP systems and Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
