As a PPIC Manager, you will oversee the entire production lifecycle, from demand forecasting to material procurement and inventory optimization. Responsibility
- Develop and implement production schedules to meet customer demand and company targets while optimizing resource utilization.
- Monitor and control inventory levels to ensure adequate stock availability, minimize excess, and reduce carrying costs.
- Collaborate with procurement, warehouse, and production teams to align material requirements with production plans.
- Analyze production data, identify bottlenecks, and propose process improvements to enhance efficiency and productivity.
- Prepare and present regular reports on production performance, inventory turnover, and key metrics to senior management.
- Ensure compliance with quality standards, safety regulations, and company policies in all production activities.
- Coordinate with sales and marketing teams to forecast demand and adjust production plans accordingly.
- Lead and mentor the PPIC team, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and accountability.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in production planning, inventory control, or supply chain management, with at least 2 years in a managerial role.
- Proficient in using ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle) and advanced Excel for data analysis and reporting.
- Strong understanding of manufacturing processes, material requirements planning (MRP), and just-in-time (JIT) principles.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills with a data-driven approach.
- Effective communication and leadership abilities to manage cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
- Familiarity with lean manufacturing and Six Sigma methodologies is a plus.
- Fluency in English and Indonesian; ability to work in a multicultural environment.
