Responsibility
- Develop and execute comprehensive daily and weekly production schedules based on current orders and material availability.
- Monitor production line performance to ensure adherence to established KPIs and production timelines.
- Coordinate with procurement and warehouse departments to manage raw material inventory levels effectively.
- Identify operational inefficiencies and implement continuous improvement initiatives to boost productivity.
- Supervise, mentor, and lead production floor staff to ensure compliance with safety and quality standards.
- Prepare accurate production reports and documentation for management review.
- Troubleshoot production delays and implement corrective actions to minimize downtime.
Qualifications
- Minimum Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Management, or a related field.
- Proven experience as a Production Supervisor, Planner, or similar role within a manufacturing environment.
- Strong understanding of production planning, scheduling software, and supply chain processes.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills under pressure.
- Proficient in MS Office suite, particularly Excel (pivot tables, vlookup).
- Strong leadership qualities with the ability to manage and motivate a diverse team.
- Excellent communication skills in Bahasa Indonesia; English proficiency is a plus.
- Willingness to work in Bogor, Jawa Barat.
