Responsibility
- Perform routine maintenance, inspections, and repairs on production equipment to ensure optimal performance and minimal downtime.
- Troubleshoot technical issues in field operations, providing timely and effective solutions to maintain service continuity.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement AWS-based process improvements and automation in production workflows.
- Monitor and document equipment performance, generating reports to identify trends and recommend preventive measures.
- Install, configure, and test new machinery or systems, ensuring compliance with safety and operational standards.
- Provide on-site and remote technical support to internal and external stakeholders as needed.
- Assist in training junior technicians and sharing best practices for AWS-integrated operational efficiency.
- Adhere to company policies, industry regulations, and AWS security protocols in all technical activities.
Qualifications
- Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Industrial Automation, or a related field.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in production, operations, field service, or a similar technical role.
- Hands-on experience with industrial machinery, PLC systems, or automation tools is a plus.
- Basic understanding of AWS cloud services (e.g., IoT, EC2, Lambda) or willingness to undergo AWS certification training.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work under pressure in fast-paced environments.
- Excellent communication skills in English (written and verbal) for technical documentation and team collaboration.
- Physical ability to perform fieldwork, including lifting, climbing, and operating tools in various work conditions.
- Familiarity with safety protocols (OSHA, ISO) and quality control standards in manufacturing or logistics.
