As the Production Manager, you will oversee daily operations, ensuring efficiency, consistency, and adherence to food safety standards. Responsibility
- Oversee daily bakery, cake, and pastry production to ensure timely delivery of high-quality products.
- Manage and train production staff, fostering a culture of efficiency, teamwork, and continuous improvement.
- Monitor inventory levels of raw materials and finished goods, coordinating with procurement to avoid shortages.
- Implement and enforce food safety, hygiene, and HACCP standards in compliance with local regulations.
- Develop and optimize production schedules to meet demand while minimizing waste and downtime.
- Collaborate with the R&D team to introduce new products and refine existing recipes.
- Conduct quality control checks to maintain consistency in taste, presentation, and portion sizes.
- Prepare production reports, analyze KPIs, and recommend process improvements to senior management.
Qualifications
- Minimum 3 years of experience in bakery, pastry, or food production management, preferably in a high-volume environment.
- Proven leadership skills with the ability to manage and motivate a team of 10+ staff.
- Strong knowledge of baking techniques, food safety (HACCP), and inventory management.
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills to handle multiple priorities in a fast-paced setting.
- Familiarity with production software (e.g., ERP, inventory systems) is a plus.
- Creative problem-solving abilities and a keen eye for detail in product quality.
- Fluent in English (written and spoken); Indonesian language skills are advantageous.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including early mornings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
