Responsibility
- Operate and maintain production machinery and equipment in accordance with safety protocols
- Assemble and fabricate steel components following precise technical specifications
- Perform quality checks on materials and finished products to ensure compliance with standards
- Monitor production processes and report any irregularities or defects immediately
- Assist in inventory management of raw materials and finished goods
- Maintain a clean and organized work area to ensure optimal production efficiency
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily production targets and deadlines
- Follow all company safety procedures and participate in regular safety training
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent qualification
- Previous experience in manufacturing, construction, or production environments is advantageous
- Basic understanding of technical drawings and blueprints (training provided)
- Physical ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25kg
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality standards
- Ability to work in a team environment and follow instructions precisely
- Basic mechanical aptitude and willingness to learn new skills
- Good communication skills in English and/or Bahasa Indonesia
